So after being fit for years (pretty much) my entire life, I fell off the bandwagon about 3 years ago and couldn't get back on (I tried chasing this fabled wagon but I might as well have been trying to find Narnia!) so here I am. Just signed up to MFP and this is my 5th or 6th day logging. Looking for MFP buddies to motivate me and for me to reciprocate.
Willing to share my journal but my meals are quite boring.
Going down to an ideal weight is one of my 3 goals before I reach 26.

You can do it! keep your head up! Don't beat yourself up too much about letting yourself go a bit, life happens. Now it's time to grab the bull by the horns and take control!
