Books for motivation?

I've always used food for comfort and have chronically tried to diet and fail since I was young. I started running a few years ago because I HATED running and wanted to conquer it. I now work out a lot, I'm finally at the point where I love to run a few miles a day. But my diet is forever holding me back from losing the last 10-20 pounds I would love to say goodbye to. It's clearly excess fat all around my stomach too (I'm not just talking "skinny-fat" rolls, but a potbelly on an otherwise trim 5' woman). I eat like a nutritionist for my meals- oatmeal or lean protein for breakfast, lean meat or rice/pasta and veggies for lunch and dinner. But I can't resist snacking. And sweets. And high-carb snacks. I have tried and tried and tried and I always say,"I want to delight myself now, wanting to lose vanity pounds isn't more important than comfort!".....and it shows.

I think I would like to try a good motivational read to maybe work on the mental side of my intense snacking and food addiction. I still overeat often, even though my ADHD meds knock out most of my appetite. I'm forever seeking food comfort. Sure, therapy would be great in life, but what books have helped all of you? Thank you! Please tell me what was the most helpful about them too, so I can assess if they're what I want! :)
