...walked past all the cookies, sandwiches, candy, bread, fattening salad, and brownies at work, and went and ate something healthy instead. (Chobani 0% fat greek yogurt w/granola)

..met my protein requirements and took all my vitamins (GBS things)

..went to the gym and did almost an hour of cardio, then did 150 crunches.

..tricked my boyfriend into eating a Lean Cuisine meal that he thought was Olive Garden, and he actually liked it.. SURPRISE for him. lol

..didn't eat my extra calories earned from exercise, and still stayed under my usual calorie count w/o the exercise calories.

..encouraged others to treat themselves well and to take care of themselves, and congratulated those who did.

..feel really proud of myself for sticking to my program. I WILL do this!!

31 lbs to goal.

    I didn't buy the jar of peanut butter I so desperately wanted, lol
  • ... picked up that snickers bar and put it back down for a bag of dried bananas and nuts... I still think that was a bad trade.. but non the less.. it was healthy and actually tasted good.
