I love it when after your done tracking your daily food intake and exercise, the system will tell you if you follow todays nutrition and activity for 5 weeks, you will weight X amount at the end of that 5 week period.

My question is, has anyone done this?

I recently started putting the number in my food diary notes 5 weeks from any day I come close to my calorie goal, but I haven't been doing it for long enough to know how accurate it will be.

I have been keeping track of it. My "actual weight" is the weekly weight from my weigh in. I've been a little ahead of it.

    Date Est Weight 5weeks Actual
    10/4/10 163.2 11/8/10 160
    10/5/10 160.9 11/9/10 160
    10/6/10 163.5 11/10/10 160
    10/7/10 162.7 11/11/10 160
    10/8/10 162.6 11/12/10 160
    10/9/10 158.3 11/13/10 158
    10/10/10 162.3 11/14/10 158
    10/11/10 162.1 11/15/10 158
    10/12/10 161.4 11/16/10 158
    10/13/10 160.9 11/17/10 158
    10/14/10 161.8 11/18/10 158
    10/15/10 161.3 11/19/10 158

EDIT: It looks crappy formatted here. Link below to my Xcel file. You have to click 'open' or 'download'. It should be public tho.

    ^ That's really interesting.
I have often thought of doing this but now I might have to try it!

Also I appreciate the spreadsheet. :)
