Hi - been doing this for not that long of a time and I need some tips on how to balance a schedule. This semester, it hasn't been that tough because I don't work and have been taking only two classes (and they've been a cake walk - next semester is TOUGH). I hit the gym now five days a week for about 2 hours a day and next semester I am in school from 8 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon. Have a family, a house, have to get meals ready etc and I'm worried about how I'm going to fit in "gym time" into my schedule and how I'm going to be able to deat decently.

Anyone have any tips? I have a full couse load and home life. HELP. Already getting overwhelmed and I haven't even started yet.

I would be planning my meals ahead of time..if Sunday is good for you prep as much as you can and have a solid menu for the week-I find life is easier if I am not worrying about what I will dig up for supper each night. Do you have a crockpot? That is a major time saver.

Is there a gym at your school that you could utilize?

Thanks - I was searching for classes at the college that fit into my schedule - I may have to just suck it up and join the gym closer to my house instead of driving a bunch to get to a Navy gym and get up at 4 in the morning to do my workouts.

I saw somewhere in the discussions here, a website with a once-a-month meal planner where you could select recipes for a month, print grocery list, then cook all the meals in one day, freeze, and print free labels. I'm going to do this this Summer, with my kids home. Here are a couple similar sites, and hopefully the person who posted that great site will chime in.
