I've been using MyFitness pal on my iPhone for quite some time, but am just now using the main website as well. I have found that this app/site has been the only way I can truly stay on top of my fitness goals. I have no trouble getting to the gym and getting my workouts in, but tracking my nutrition has always been the main challenge. We all know that nutrition accounts for the majority of success in living a healthy lifestyle.
Anyway, my name is John and I look forward to gaining insight, inspiration, and a few new friends dedicated to staying fit & healthy.
