Hi All,
I'm hoping you can help me on this one. Over the last 6 weeks I've upped my exercise a lot. I do loads of warm up, stretching etc before all work outs, but I woke up this morning and I'm injured
I did a body pump class last night (felt no pain/twists/sprains or anything) and since I woke this morning, i feel that I have done something to the area between my ankle and my calf. I get a 'popping' sensation when going up stairs or walking fast/jogging.
The leg feels fatigued, but not really painful, just a weird feelig popping feeling when I exert it (nearly like an elastic band snapping). Anyone any ideas/solutions/suggestions? Thanks in advance,
Dee
