Low calorie food that will keep me going for 10 hours

Basically, I have a rather high calorie meal planned for tomorrow and I'm trying to minimise the impact by going for a jog and using the remaining calories (265) plus a few, if need be, to keep me going for about 10 hours until the meal. So, I need ideas. I was thinking a couple of bananas might do the trick, but...probably not.

(Before anyone has a go at me, I'm not going to do anything unhealthy here, if I feel too hungry I'll just have to go over my calorie limit, would just rather not)

Whenever I know I'm going to have a day of running around without much time for food, I'll pack a Quest Bar. They keep me full for a ridiculously long time and (most of the flavors) are really tasty!

wow 265 calories for 10 hours...I personally couldn't do it but

Try lots of veggies and add some protien to a salad or do more exercise...

I personally would allow myself to go over my daily goal but stay under maitenance and make up for it through the next days either through extra exercise or 50-100 calories less a day....or not worry about it at all.

Salad. Lots of spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, broccoli... Add a little crumbled blue cheese (about 40 calories for 1/2 ounce) and light vinagrette. Throw in 4-6 ounce of lean protein.

    oatmeal
peanut butter (maybe with a banana or apple)
    protein bar

I wouldn't make it ten hours period, without eating anything. But those might help keep you full.
