Just a little Yiha to me *blush*
Today I've logged on 30 days in a row on MFP. In these 30 days I've worked out 5 times per week and I'm finally getting closer to doing real push-ups, which really is such a difficult exercise for me.
Another little Yiha: I started out with 30 Day Shred before signing up here but gave up on it because a previously injured foot could not deal with all the jumping. Today I did a 30 second work/10 second rest bodyweight workout over 20 exercises. I also did kettlebell swing 30 second intervals in-between the bodyweight exercises. For the second round I thought 'what the heck' and did jumping jacks. I found them so difficult in 30DS but had no problems now doing 20 rounds. Yes, my foot hurts, but it's a great proof that I'm getting somewhat fitter.
