Cleaning stalls in barn

I have looked on older posts and see that some people have had the same questions about how many calories and so on are used when mucking out stalls. I am curious if anyone has some thoughts on the selection part..... cardio vs strength. The reason I ask is because let me just say it is not even close to raking leaves. The straw and uhhhhh droppings are very heavy. Leg muscles and upper body for sure are used when cleaning and then carrying to the loader of the tractor. Thoughts anyone. :ohwell:

Include it in your daily activity versus logging it as exercise?0

If this is something you do daily, it may be easier to just up your activity level rather than try to guess.0
