Hey there,
My name is Krys and I'm here for a fresh start. I've been on this site since I've had my daughter almost 2 years ago and I've never really been committed but I'm ready to change that. My husband and I decided to push back having another child until next year. With that being said I want to make this year my year! Ideally I could lose around 100 pounds but I want to start small so my first goal is 20. My pre-baby weight

Good luck! My advice is to log everything using a kitchen scale, and even if you have a not-perfect day, pick yourself up and keep on going!0
