You could bottle how you feel right after you get off the treadmill or go for a great run or after an awesome workout, and save that bottle for those days when you don't QUITE feel like working out and take a big swig off it?!? Not only would that be great to do, but you'd be rich! :laugh:

    Seriously! I had taken a small break from HIIT workouts for a few weeks and wasn't feeling quite right. Did one on Monday and felt AMAZING!!! That is how we are meant to feel all the time.

    Today I was so tired that 15 minutes in I quit. I am taking the kids to ice skating this morning (I home-school) so I will be sure to lace up and go out on the ice with them.

    it's High Intensity Interval Training.. you know in Turbo Jam that "turbo" part ? similar to that but throughout the whole workout.. I think Turbo Fire or Chalene Extreme is built on it for entire exercise.

    I FOR SURE wish I could bottle that.

    On the bad days, my only motivation to work out is to eat a little more!
