Went over last night

Have been doing great all week, keeping it below 1200 (well, right at it anyway). Got to the end of my night last night, feeling stressed and I had that extra beer...and the extra 110 cals. Do you know how depressing it is to see that red mark at the end of the day?

Just had to get that out there....don't want to beat myself up too much.

:-)

walk round the block till it goes green again! :P
  • Just don't worry about it and try again the next day! You have to keep living and having fun, or what is the purpose of it all :drinker:

It's not like a major binge, just one beer. Easy to work off.

I ate all the calories that I burned yesterday and still went over! (and I burned 400 calories) And Fridays are hard because I can't work out on my lunch break because we go to our favorite mexican restaurant for lunch every friday, so i'll probably go over today again due to not being able to work out...but sometimes it's ok to have that extra. Don't stress out about it...that can sometimes hurt your weight loss more than the extra few calories! Keep your chin up and IT'S A NEW DAY!!! Just take it one day at a time!

Oh gosh, 110 calories? If you eat the same calories everyday your metabolism will adjust and slow down. You want to vary the calorie intake each day. And you want to have one cheat day so you don't feel deprived (or guilty!). Of course 'everything in moderation'.

You have to eat 3500 calories to gain a pound
