Hi, I am having problems with my calorie allowance adjustments when it comes to my withing pedometer app. I don't understand the whole calorie adjustment thing. I just want it to adjust my calories when I use it. It doesn't record my steps. It just shows how many calories I burned but then the adjustment part shows zero or some other number. Step counting is not an option on the list of exercises. However, if I can just get my calorie intake allowance adjusted with my steps that would be great. I walk 5 miles or more a day with at least 3 miles at a brisk pace. But I still only show an allowance of 1200 calories a day as if I am sedentary. Can anyone help with this?
