Nutrition info from package of MFP

I'm planning my meals for tomorrow and I found myself in a little bit of a pickle: I feel like the nutrition info on the package is waaay off (I'm planning on using frozen but pre-cooked prawns) with only 12 g of protein and 52 kcal per 100 g. I can't find similiar amounts anywhere in the Internet and in MFP database. Which info should I trust more: the one on the package or the general one for prawns?
The question may seem stupid but it's a difference of about 10g of protein and that is huge for me

Scan it and weigh out the serving you want.0

The package. That's the manufacturer's published information and is likely to be from testing their specific product instead of general information.0

Okay, I'll trust the package then. But damn, I need to re-think my plan for tomorrow now0
