Just started turning the life around.

Tonight I made a "Tofu Zucchini Lasagna Skillet" The tofu was crumbled to act as the meat and the zucchini was sliced to act as the needles. I cooked the tofu with some tomato sauce, muchrooms and green peppers. Added a little cheese.

    Pretty sure needles was meant to be noodles.

    Nope; believe it or not. Some people do actually put pine needles in lasagne.
    Strange But True:wink:
    Although i am interested in finding out more about this food that can act like a cheese.
