Burpee NSV!

I am very into HIIT workouts, but I usually have to modify one or more exercises because I'm just not strong enough yet. One exercise that I THOUGHT I could not do at all is a burpee, but today I did 45 of them! Not in a row, but I did them! I still had to modify a bit because I can't do a pushup unless its on my knees and to me that ruins the flow of the move completely, so I did them without the pushup at all, but I still count it as a success!
Don't forget to consider your fitness progess too guys! Although, losing weight is an amazing feeling, reaching fitness goals can be just as satisfying!

    I'm in the same boat as you. I can do burpees but I can't do a push up withe a full range of motion. Grat's on your NSV however my pt recommended I start a push up from the elevated position and only go halfway down and up. It still puts a lot of tension on the right muscles and can build them up in time. Of course it's better to go all the way to the floor with push ups but it might be better to go halfway down than to go from the knee. As that really lightens the load.

    You did that many, huh? GRATS! I, too, am stuck on doing modified versions for now. Well...I did have to do modified versions the few times I did them. =p
