I starting over again, because im afraid of dying because of my weight...Im not sure which way to go, whether to do traditional dieting or low carb. Icant exercise right now cause Im too heavy and my knees hurt. What do you guys suggest?

If by "traditional dieting" you mean "eat fewer calories than you burn," then do that.

I would suggest both! Traditional dieting with low carb intake. Multiply 0.5 x weight in pounds and consume this amount of carbs in grams per day.0
