Hello all,
I have been working out in the gym for the last four months, three days a week. Recently I have also started to run in the woods during the weekends.Joined MFP yesterday, and I like the way I can log my entries. It is hard to enter the food I eat, so I am just sticking to what I am burning. I know I am burning quite well because I have lost about 14 kg in the last four months! I am waiting for my runtastic HRM to arrive so that I can track my cycling and running outside more accurately, since runtastic is reporting only ~23 kCal/km whereas mapmyride reports generally higher values (~30 kCal/km). I got many valuable advices on choosing an app and HRM devices to keep a tab on my workouts here and so I felt motivated to sign up here. So thank you guys!
