EVERYBODY - stop what you're doing and do 20 jumping jacks and drink a cup of water!! Who cares who's looking and what parts are jiggling.......DO IT. (anything to make this work day go by faster.......jeeeez)

*Feel free to substitute jumping jacks with any other jiggly move* - let's keep this up once an hour until this work day is OVER.
