My Fitness Family: If any of you are doing, Turbo Jam, Power 90 Fat Burn Express, Tae-bo, P90X Cardio, Plyometrics etc.
A nice way to ramp up you calorie burn is to use a kettlebell or a weighted medicine ball with the handle.
I was restless at 130 in the am, I got up out of bed, started channel surfing and decided to workout ☺
I did the Power 90 Fat Burn Express for 27 mins and burned 574 calories what a burn! I did not even warm up.
Try it let me know what your results were.

I just started using the weighted gloves from beach body this week during my turbo jam workouts and I am loving it!!!! My arms are killing me but what a great workout!!0

Yes, great idea. Adding any kind of hand weight or added resistance is a good idea to ramp up any ol' exercise route that's getting stale.

I've never used weights when working out. Does it really make that dramatic of a difference?0

I have a weighted medicine ball that I use with my strength training and love it. I have never tried kettlebell...would love to sometime.0
