It happens, its hard because standing a little different, leaning, showering (yes you do gain in the shower....) will give different results, I'm sorry cause it frustrates me too, but maybe tomorrow it will say you lost two since your first measurement...why are you weighting yourself multiple times in a day?

Do not use the scale as a bible for weight loss. I go by how my clothes fit and more importantly how I feel. I step on once a week at the same time every week. I do this because eventually to get to where I want I know the scale has to go down but if I depended on that I would be so frustrated and ready to give up. You know your body - use it to decide if what you are doing is working or not. I knew before I even stepped on the scale this morning that I wasn't doing something right. I could tell from the way I felt. So I started to research on what to change yesterday and yep - sure enough this morning I was up a lb. So is it frustrating, yep - I wanted to throw the scale out the window. I have doing my class 3 times a week, walking 5 times a week, working out at the gym 2 times a week, going to bed hungry, not eating the foods I wanted to and this was the reward I got!! So see you have to focus on other things. I feel better, my clothes fit better and I know I am on my way to where I want to be. So I just snarled at it and walked away for one more week!

Why are you weighing yourself multiple times several minutes apart?
