Hi Everyone -- I have a quick question. Actually looking more for advise. We have friends coming over tonight for snacks/appetizers and drinks. I have been working all morning on my Food Diary trying to figure out how much of what I can eat without going over my calories for the day. How do you stay successful in social settings? Any tips for making sure I don't over indulge? Thanks :happy: :happy:
