Hello everyone,
I am new to this and looking for a little motivation and support. I am 23 years old and weight approximately 170# and my goal weight is 120-130#. I have changed my diet and cut out drinks with caffeine. Any advice or anything word be greatly appreciated. Also looking for some friends.

Hi, I'd be happy to buddy up to help you in your journey.
The best thing that I have done to lose weight was track all of my food, hit specific calorie and macro goals everyday, and get into a support group to help keep me accountable and give me advice. Do these things and it just comes down to time and consistency. If you can stick with it, you will get to your goal.
