Regaining Focus & Question

My admission: After 3 months of losing at a steady pace, my summer vacation started and in a month and a half I've only lost about 5 lbs. total. I've really been off my game, eating and exercising, even drinking my water, but I'm back now and trying to regain my focus to continue to my goal.
My question is this: I weighed last Friday at 181.5 lbs., on Monday I hopped on the scale and weighed 189. And today I weigh 184. What in the world is going on?? How can that even be possible?? And for you ladies out there, I track my cycle and I seem to weigh more when I'm ovulating!?! Is that something anyone else experiences or am I just making excuses?

my scale goes up and down like that all the time. TOM can affect it, but also the amount of sodium you eat... if you eat out a lot or have a day with saltier than normal food you will retain water.
I weigh myself almost every day and often see 3lbs up and 3lbs down on any given day.0 -
I also find I am up during ovulation...0
