How many fat grams does a 160 lb, 5'4 woman need? I have a modest deficit but have been feeling very tired so I am thinking that it could be my fat intake. I tried increasing my protein but this didn't work. Anyone know? Some days I feel like a truck hit me!

    You might also consider your iron intake. Iron deficiency is common in young women, and can cause fatigue.

    I try to get 100-110 g daily. (Same with protein.)

    Eat more fatty foods. Bacon, avocado, mayo, whole eggs, etc.

    you don't

    if you're hitting your fat target along with the others you hit your calorie target too.
