Lack of energy to workout

When I started using this site I was eating back my exercise calories based on the machines caculations and mfp. Then I decided to invest into a HRM to get more of an accurate reading.I got one at walmart and its a watch without a chest strap. However I get different reading everytime doing the same workouts. for instance, the first time I did a body attack class for an hour and it says I burn about 700 calories. Then yesterday it says I only burned 89 calories for an hour which was disappointing. The class is high cardio class so I am now questioning if this HRM is underestimating the calories I am burning. Yesterday I did body attack class for an hour and zumba class for another hour afterwards and it says I only burned 150 calories.I eat my calories back based on what it says and now I have been having low energy levels. So is there any chance that I am under eating. I have no energy to workout whatsoever now and I love working out.I am planning to get another HRM on amazon with chest strap. I do make sure I reach my my protein intake and eating enough carbs for energy. So I am not sure why I feel weak now?

First, how many calories are you eating in a day regardless of your exercise program? Also, how tall are you and what do you weigh? It's hard to say whether or not your low energy could be caused by you eating too little as I'm not sure of what your body requires in the first place.
I feel like your HRM is off, however. To say that you only burned 89 calories in an hour makes zero sense to me, unless you weren't moving much at all, which I doubt you were considering it was a steady 60 minute class. Something is definitely off there.0 -

Well I am 5`3 and now I weigh 145 pounds.I started at 150.When I don't exercise my calorie goal is now set to 1390.I have an active job so when I work I change my setting and I have to eat 1680 calories without exercise.so when I exercise then I eat more depending on how many calories the HRM say .Like what I said, lately the numbers of calories have been low so maybe my HRM is off and I am not eating enough.0 -

Do you find that you have less energy on the days that you haven't exercised? Because 1680 sounds alright to me for your height but if you are, in fact, burning around 700 cals once you do a class, then without eating back you're only netting 980, although I know you said that you generally eat the cals back that it says on your HRM. But considering your HRM said that you only burned 150 the other day, then you were only netting around 1130, which wouldn't be enough for you - explaining your fatigue.0 -
