    [as to cold lasagna, the trick is that I am unable to eat much tomato sauce so the lasagna is usually cheesy pasta with just a bit of red moisture... IMHO, cold is good!]

    I had cauliflower rice with roast chicken breast for lunch. It's not bad... far fewer carbs than rice. Adding to soup seems a good idea... like chicken and rice soup.

    If you ever have the chance to try 100% Jersey Milk, you will know the difference. I didn't believe it until I tried it.
