    Agree with you, nope on the raisins

    I have never tried tapioca. It sounds yum but not great for my goal of less carbs.

    Yum to the rice NO raisin pudding and the tapioca too (carbs be damned lol!)
    I'll take the bran and use to love grape nuts! Haven't had in decades though.

    Like spaghetti squash, but it is SQUASH. Put butter, salt and pepper on it.

    (As for spaghetti squash and sauce - I like it quite a lot. The sauce makes the SQUASH palatable.)
