    What are salt potat] oes?
Salt Potatoes - Seasons and Suppers
Salt potatoes [small new potatos typiclly about 1.5 inch diameter] are boiled whole with lots of salt, for a salty, crusty outside and wonderfully creamy insides. Served with melted butter and herbs. Salt potatoes are a longtime upstate New York favourite, but they are definitely worthy of wider enjoyment.

Salt potatoes my way - yum!

We used to pour a whole box of salt in a bowl and mix with water. Coat potatoes thickly and place on top of Ben Franklin type stove. Bake til salt is hard and potato is soft. Crack off the salt, add butter. YUMMY

    Yuk

I think of bolognese as just all the leftovers in the fridge dumped in one pot and heated.
Yes, I'm one of THOSE people. I want my meat here, potatoes there and broccoli over there. Don't let them touch.
