    Yum, Medjools are my all-time favorite date. I make them stuffed with a walnut half and dipped in dark chocolate. Heavenly!

    That sounds incredible. Medjool is also my favorite. I actually found a box of Medjool dates from Palestine a few years ago, I bought the entire 11 pound box and they didn’t last long. Haven’t been able to find them again since, but were hands down the best ones I’ve had.

    Medjool dates are very common where I live, are you in the US? I live in the Los Angeles area and San Bernadino County is the only place in the US that grows dates. I believe February is the date festival here and stores get packed with dates. You can always buy Medjools online.

    I love Greek yogurt, but I prefer it plain with fresh fruit, not flavored.

    I am in the US, most the dates I get are from Cali, but when I go to the halal stores I usually get some from overseas. I hope you and your family are doing ok with the fires there.

    Cottage cheese with pineapple is the only way to eat cottage cheese for me

    Thanks for the well-wishes. Traffic is very light around here, I think people are hanging out at home in case of evacuation orders.

    I love cottage cheese with banana too, had a big bowl of it for lunch. 26 grams of protein and satisfies my sweet tooth.

    Love linguine with clams. My dad turned me into a clam fan.

    Never had clams with hot sauce, imma have to try. Usually just do the standard clams in their shell with melted butter.
