    Traditional' Fettucinni Alfredo [sauce made with just parmesan cheese, butter, salt and pepper...some pasta water] Add coooked Fettucinni and ... serve: maybe grnish with parsley but keep thinhs like garlic out.

    Yum! I never could understand why I loved fettuccine Alfredo so much when it was made with that cheese I hate. Then I tasted fresh parmesan--not the kind in the Round green shaker box. Oh! That's why I love it ❤️ so much!

    Unsmoked gouda with a tiny schmear of good mustard and an 🍎. (I used to not understand fruit and cheese for dessert either.)
