I do enjoy a heightened 'toast-i-ness' in my foods as well - I'll eat the burnt toasted nuts and seeds that I left too long. Grilled salads are really good (grilled radicchio with balsamic vinegar is super good too - as are grilled lemons).

I'll 'yuck' the Peach Melba - not a fan of peaches
