Looking for vegan cashew cheesecake or dessert recipes

It is my birthday next week and I want to make myself a fancy dessert.
Cashews are my favorite nut and I just bought a large bag.

Does anyone have any recommendations on vegan cashew cheesecakes or cashew based desserts?

I loove raw vegan cheesecakes! There are so many options. I've made raspberry-lemon cheesecake (probably my favourite), raw apple cake with cinnamon cashew cream, mint-chocolate cake.. You can just google raw vegan chocolate cheesecake and you get sooo many great recipes.

Have you heard of chocolatecoveredkatie? She has tons of dessert recipes and they're all vegan.
