The biggest piece of advice I can give you is buy a food scale and WEIGH any solid / semi-solid foods instead of using measurements. It will be the best decision you could make, and will ensure you get more accurate information for your food diary.
Like I explained to another, 9 chips wont all be the same size, weight, etc to make up that serving.
The teaspoon of peanut butter is how heaping? how level? how do you know what was used to provide a serving?
Using grams and ounces is a sure fire way to ensure your calories alloted are accurate.
