Hello! I'm new to MFP and hope that I can connect with other women 45+ on this roller coaster toward being fit and fabulous. After a messy divorce I lost 30lbs, followed by an addition 100lbs. after marrying my present love. With a total lifestyle change I've kept all the weight off - well that was until I realized I was going through perimenopause which delivered 12lbs to my door. This past month I tightened up my eating even more and I have lost that weight - WHOO HOO! The challenge now is to tweak diet and workout routine even more to adjust to the "change".
Thinking about doing a combo of Paleo/LCHF. For exercise I run, use Supreme 90 for strength training and want to try my hand at Spin and yoga.
If I can lose 130lbs., I can beat PM .... well that's the story that I'm telling myself and I'm going to stick to it.

Hello City Girl,
I am trying to do the same thing some what paleo and LCHF. I am doing the elliptical 4-5 days a week and looking on doing some weights for strength. Menopause not sure where the heck I am at. Had had a period for 6 months and now it appears I may be having one for 3 weeks.0
