New to the forum- Hello Everybody

I'm relatively new to weight loss. I've been working at this since April though just discovered this site about 12 days ago.
High cholesterol and a desire to get into shape brought me here. As well as a BMI that said I was "Obese" (whatever that means).

My eating strategy thus far has been Paleo (low-fat meats, berries, raw veggies). I'm an avid bowhunter (hence the name) so I have a ready source of venison for my protein fix. I kicked soda and sugary drinks, and snacks. No pizza or anything else bread-y. No more daily everything Bagel with cream cheese. Gave up sugar in my coffee.
Coupled with cardio early am(watching the news before work) and late, when I can.

I've gotten back into strength training and have set a goal to surpass the strength and physique I had in college. I am aiming high!
I'll post a better picture when I can take one.

Looking for positive feedback and constructive support, and I pledge to offer the same.
