Stomach won't go away...HELP!

I've been exercising off and on for about a month and a half with no real changes in my stomach, despite having lost 10 pounds. Visually, it looks like I've slimmed everywhere but there. My workout consists of T25, which I am following the plan accordingly and I am eating about 1200 calories a day, give or take a few. I have been doing low carb and focusing on eating some meat, but mainly vegetables. I have about 19 pounds until my goal weight, and all of that weight seems to be distributed in my stomach. What am I doing wrong? I don't want to give up, but I need progress to keep me going!

itll go eventually. where fat is stored and where it burns off is mostly genetics, but eventually when you burn off the fat from other areas the belly fat will have no choice but to melt away, just be patient

Do you think that doing a low carb diet is necessary?

no. if it helps you stay within a calorie limit then it will help (some find a reduction in food cravings through cutting carbs) but otherwise all cutting carbs does is reduce some of the water weight that you carry, basically giving you a lower scale number without looking any different, and as soon as you eat high carb again it all comes back

First of all.. 1200 calories. Yuck. BMR and TDEE, check those out on google.

Secondly, try taking pictures or measurements of your stomach. I didn't think mine was losing until I realized I had lost inches and the pictures really showed a difference.
