Sugar grams in fruits and vegetables

I'm looking for a book or a printable resource containing the sugar grams in fruits and vegetables. I don't want to have to go to my computer and look something up every time I want to eat - I prefer a book in my hand. Does anyone know of such a thing?

Irritating, I looked and can't find one, either. You could always create a spreadsheet of your own in Excel and print it.

I don't know of any book that's devoted specifically to fruit and vegetables but any calorie book will have them. Or you can create your own list from your food diary and then add any seasonal favorites and you should be good to go.

The CalorieKing Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter 2014

    Edited to add:
Ok, I'm wrong. These books only list the carbs and calories and not sugar specifically. Sorry! It looks like maybe you'll have to make your own. I only checked a few of these links but they seem to be what you're looking for:

Well I typed your thread title word for word into Google and this was the second hit:

    http://thepaleodiet.com/fruits-and-sugars/

Has a table of fruits and vegetables and their sugar content that you could probably copy over to excel and print.

If you type or say "How many grams of sugar in apple" (or tomato or pineapple or grape etc) into google it'll tell you the grams right at the top of the screen. Use your smart phone...google has a voice function and apple has siri...
