Intermittent fasting last 15 pounds?

I started doing intermittent fasting on an atkins style diet several months ago. I have lost 50+ lbs doing this and have been mantaining my current weight (150 at 5'8" ) I started eating whatever i wanted within my maintainace calories. I've been between 147-153 for months and months. It is for lack of effort that i'm at a standstill. I want to get down to 130-135, then maintain again. I havent been below 140 since i hit puberty. I feel like it is going to be dificult to get where i want to be.
I have two questions.
1. Should i rid of the low carb and start increasing them? if so, how?
2. I am comfortable doing intermittent fasting, but I'm only eating one meal a day, and I'm not sure I'm hitting my calorie goal. I don't want to wreck my metabolism.
