Does anyone have any good low salt recipes?

I am on a restricted sodium diet and I love how the tracker helps me keep up with how much I am consuming...my problem is that I am running out of ideas for what to eat. It can get pretty boring eating the same ole' thing everyday. Any suggestions?

Use potassium chloride and the problem will be automatically solved because you'll be able to prepare all the recipes you already know, you'll just have to replace common salt (sodium chloride) with potassium chloride which has a salty taste practically identical to table salt but cointains zero sodium since it's made just of potassium and chlorine. Pure potassium chloride powders are not very common but they do exist . This one for instance https://www.google.com/search?q=potassium+chloride+now+foods&num=100&newwindow=1&safe=off&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ei=VDTIU_3ULoHnOYnmgagO&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAQ&biw=1093&bih=523
More common are mixtures of potassium chloride and sodium which are low-sodium salt substitutes. Since they are not made just of potassium chloride they still contain sodium, but less than regular salt. https://www.google.com/search?q=low-sodium+salt&num=100&newwindow=1&safe=off&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=0zTIU4OBHPOw7AaEl4DICg&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAQ&biw=1093&bih=523
Pure potassium chloride has only a disandvantage: it must be dosed carefully because if you overdose it the food will have a bitter taste, whereas overdosing regular salt it'll just have a very salty taste.0
