The scale and its temptations

I find myself looking at that thing everyday and its actually hard for me not to weigh myself everyday. I think i expect too much of my body. Im only on day 4 of my workout videos and i changed my diet about a week and and have been drinking alot of water. I guess im scared that the scale hasnt budged even though ive been doing so well.
During my first big weight loss last year i lost a good 5 pounds a week at first i guess that i need to get used to a healthy 1-2 pounds a week. It just feels like i havent accomplished much though. :ohwell:
