Period issues. :-)

Hey ladies. I've been eating healthy and working out 5 to 6 days a week for the past 2 months.
Last month my period was right on schedule. This month, however, I am 5 days late but I am still cramping really bad as if I were on my cycle. I've been reading that this sometimes happens when you change your eating and exercise habits. But I am wondering if anyone else has actually experienced the same thing?
P.S. There is NO way that I'm pregnant.
Thanks for any advice.

HI! Has your diet changed a lot recently? Are you taking in enough calories? Or maybe you aren't eating enough protein? If it lasts any longer you might want to go to the doctor just to get checked out. Hope all works out!0

I'm not in the same boat because I had a hysterectomy - but I was told by my gynie that sudden changes in diet and exercise can decrease your estrogen levels. so it could be changes in your hormone levels.0
