numbers on the scale isn't moving.

so. I've been exercising at least 3x a week sometimes more, doing cardio and weightlifting also eating clean for about two weeks now. I know that weight loss takes time,but my scale isn't moving at all. Most of the time I'm hovering around 169-172 and its driving me insane. I also take adipex but the effectiveness of it isn't working at all so I'm debating coming off that. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. do i need to add more cardio. I thought muscle burned more fat than anything else. I'm confused! help!!!
