How do you prepare for a huge "cheating" weekend?

So I have one of my best friends visiting me here in NYC, this is his first time here. He's staying for the weekend and we're planning to literally go out and drink and eat everything we can. I can probably (and will) control myself with the food but lord knows it's been a while (read: over 6 months) since I had drinks so I'm really looking forward to that but I'm worried about how much of the weight I already lost will come back.

I'm already down 14ish pounds and I like to think I deserve this but I'm really worried about gaining several pounds over the course of the weekend :( all that hard work down the toilet.

Hopefully we get to walk a lot :laugh:

    I would do a big cardio workout in the mornings while you friend sleeps in and makes breakfast.
