Sure thing! It took me a little over a year, but I believe that's because I still ate fast food. When it comes to food, I'm weak willed. Working on that, though.

I know what you mean! I was never a fan of pictures, but I am grateful that I have some from my heavier days...it lets you see what you don't see when you look in the mirror on a daily basis. You look fantastic and your hard work is definitely paying off!! Keep it up!
