Hello, I have made a few posts over the last few days about fearing a relapse in my eating disorder due to starting to eat 1200 calories again. The problem is that I am beginning to believe I was never as recovered as I thought I was. I had previously been maintaining my weight of 120 pounds for 2 years running 35-40 miles a week and eating 1900-2000 calories....gross not net.
So today for the first time I have decided that I am NOT going to go for a run today, or for a week and am quite concerned and confused about what to eat.
So yeah. I guess what I need help with is how to eat when you're 5'3 and being sedentary for the time being.
