Foods w/ lots of protein?

I've just switched from focusing on the calories more to focusing on the macros which means I need to get a lot of protein in! I find it really hard so I need some help!

What are some high protien foods, meals or snacks?? Going grocery shopping soon :) thanks!

Define high? Like one egg has 6-7 grams of protein each. That's not a lot, but its from a natural source rather than a protein powder(I don't know if that matters to you). If you do plan on using protein powder please carefully research the source of protein. I know soy and whey both have some criticism about their impact on health.

Other good sources are turkey or chicken breast are perhaps the highest of all sources, fish(salmon's maybe the best), cottage cheese and other cheese, nuts

fage 0% greek yogurt (my fave, but other non-fat greek yogurts have lots of protein)
egg beaters or egg whites (i eat 3 to 4 servings at a time, and they're still only 75 to 100 calories)
    non-fat cottage cheese
    sol cusine original veggie patties
morningstar farms sausages (the best!) and burgers
    gardein burgers
chicken breast (i'm a vegetarian, but hey, lots of protein in this anyway)
tuna packed in water (packed in water for less fat)

or just get a protein shake mix or shake with very low carbs. pure protein is a good one.
