Most hated exercise?

Lunges and squats of any kind (squats with calf raises kill me every time). Plank. Push ups. I used to hate running but I'm starting to like it a little more.0

I hate crunches... cause I can't do them correctly. My neck and back always hurt, and my abs don't feel a thing >=( I've watched, read, and heard so many people describe how to do a crunch correctly, but I swear every time I try them I end up stopping due to neck or back pain, NOT due to sore abs.
I have the same problem with crunches I push through them and I've found that looking through my legs to the wall close to the ceiling helps a little. Look around till you find a place where looking makes it so you don't feel any neck pain, experiment. Also focus on exhaling as you crunch up that seems to help as well I've noticed.
For the person that asked what a burpee was. A burpee is where you start standing squat to the floor, kick your feet back into a push-up, do a push-up(optional), jump your feet back to your hands, and then leap straight up into the air. They are an amazing full body exercise that was created by the Devil himself.
The things that give me the most trouble are things such as running/jogging, my knees hate me every time no matter what. Jumping rope used to give me hell but since changing to a surface with more give it doesn't give me such a hassle thankfully, because I absolutely love it. Not many exercises where I can burn upwards of 1K calories in an hour's time that improve my upper body strength, lower body strength, core muscle strength, rhythm and coordination. Gotta love the jump rope.0 -
My most hated would have to be lunges or pushups. I'm not strong enough to do pushups properly yet (can't wait until I can). Lunges just hurt. Other than that I dislike the elliptical because it kinda hurts me, but I know they are all doing me good and so I do all of them regularly.0

Any form of weights, but love running! Think I must be the minority on here0
-
I absolutely hate leg curls.. It makes me feel awful!!0

Push ups, I keep practicing, but can only do 1-2 before going back to "girl" push ups.
And don't even get me started on pull ups.0 -
I hated exercise, period. I have damage from car accidents from the neck down and weak joints thanx to genetics. But this is where I go against the grain and the norm...
I started working out really seriously almost 1 year ago: that included my most hated exercises of lunges and squats - my sisters (both PFT's) used to make me do them when I worked out with them: I was convinced they just did that to me to torture me :grumble: . But I decided to try them on my own - I still do not enjoy lunges (front, backwards, side or otherwise!) nor do I like squats... HOWEVER...
I've seen what they've done to my body, my shape, my figure and I am looking better in my mid 30's than I EVER looked in my teens or 20's
So, I've developed a Love/Hate relationship with them: I still despise them, probably will forever, but I do them because they WORK!!!!0 -
I cannot run to save my life. I have problems with my knees, but before they even get a chance to feel sore i just can't get my breathing right and end up panting and giving myself a sore throat/chest....as well as looking like a plank lol.
But i can do an hours aerobics and my breathing is fine? I will master it one day!
Did a 13 mile marathon last year, but it took 3 1/3 hours lol.
Burpees....ugggh....until this moment i had blocked out that memory...pure torture!0 -
I HATE HATE HATE lunges of any kind.... I don't care how you adapt them, they stink and I groan every time an instructor tells us to do them.

Quite a few things, stationary bike, treadmill (I'd rather the view change on both of them so walk outside) and plank, my butt always goes up in the air.
But thats probably cause i love squats and lunges, which makes your butt stick out anyway, lol0 -
Push ups, I keep practicing, but can only do 1-2 before going back to "girl" push ups.
And don't even get me started on pull ups.0 -
