30 day squat challenge??

does the 30 day squat challenge really do anything? ive heard a lot of contradicting stories

    Squats are a great lower body exercise, so it should definitely help with tone and strength there if you're doing it properly. I guess it depends on what you're hoping to get out of it though.

    Wow I've been doing 20 squats a day min, how many are you doing?

    I'm not sure about the specifics of the 30 day squat challenge ...is that where you progressively increasing the number of squats each day?

    Squats are a great exercise but I prefer to do it with weights and less reps. Definitely does the job for me. Also, ensure your form is correct ;)
